The other 10% goes to how heavy you lift because you need to break down your muscles as much as possible for them to repair and grow bigger. Obviously the percentages vary depending on the individual but gaining size is practically based on diet.

A person can be totally ripped and be on something, or not.

@israelsito07 i couldn’t agree with you more. competitions are, for the most part, an open casting call to get signed for a shoot or agency. but for a lot of people, competing whether you book something or not is not the main purpose for doing it. some people just like to do it for the showmanship, for that self-fulfilling satisfaction, to place #1 in the competing class. and if you so happen to book something, then so be it, but it shouldn’t be the main priority.

honestly, i dont want to knock this guy because he is extremely successful but i dunno if i could say that he is 100% clean. this is obviously an old video and if you look at his commercial for the Tower 200, his arms and delts are fckin JACKED!!!! to be honest, i wouldn’t think any less of him if he has used PHs or DS. the only thing that sometimes makes me wonder if he is juicing is the fact that this man has never competed and i just don’t get why he wouldn’t.

This is what people don’t understand. Steroids don’t have to make you look like a freak of nature with RIDICULOUS SIZE and veins. There are plenty of steroids that promote a lean muscular body as plitt has (anavar, winstrol, deca..etc) without giving that unnatural look. There is no doubt in my mind, dude juices.
pizza is an ok food, but your stressing your quantity over quality here. A slice of pizza may contain 14 gms of protein, but it also contains about 2x-3x as much saturated fat and processed carbs/sugars. It’s ok if you eat it once a week but it shouldn’t be staple for people who value their health.
Your giving the wrong impression by saying pizza can give you huge muscles when in fact it will probably also give you a nice spare tire and nice love handles to go with it too.
