@kaa3164 two years tops. if i had more discipline i’d make a video series to prove that :D but i’m sort of lazy! I’ve just quit smoking, and started working out (3 weeks now, working out twice a week) and well, i already see great results (132 lb –> 141 lb with about 2/3rd of that being muscle mass gain). So imagine working out 4-5 days a week with 6 meals a day (i eat a lot, but not on a strict diet)

The video and exercise is great in building muscle. A proper nutrition and efficient diet in order to loose fats. I do know a link of a site that helps you build and gain lean muscle and achieve the looks you ever wanted. Youtube won’t allow me to post the link but I posted in on my profile.

@TheJoshii17 Yes dumbbells are better in the sense that they target more muscle fibers and they stimulate and work a whole lot more stabilizer muscles, thus providing you with more control and balance, and targeting/sculpting better. It’s good to vary your days though, sometimes use the barbells, and sometimes (usually) use the dumbbells. I hope that answered your question. :) ))
