Hey. How old do you have to be before you can really start gaining muscle mass? I mean like if a 10 year old and 20 year old both did the same workout, the 20 year old would gain more muscle and faster. But is there an age, for example, 15, 16, 17, 18, where you can really start bulking up from exercise and your muscles start to develop?? Thanks!!
Enough of the bull shit. Here is the bodybuilding secret for hard gainers, that many been searching for. The secret is Mesotypes. Go to my page and watch my video. I dont need your money or none of that shit. i am giving you the secret that they will never tell you about gaining fast muscle
so say you talking 4 sets i assume u do the tri after chest and back and bis combo….(coz an 8 set workout would take like 20 mins) how many sets u recommend for other muscle groups?
@Newton240sx
1) it’s my bedroom, not my appartment
2) i’m a piano player, but i never liked piano so now i’m starting a new instrument, tell me what is the problem with that exactly?
3) Good for you, 2 years to go and i’m a psychologist, let’s all start arguing about what we’ll do for a living.
4) You have no right to judge me just because you’re on the internet, YOU’re insulting me I’M not.
5) Creatin is one of the worst things out there on the long run and gives no strength, just mass

@pixelsafoison your do shitty bass covers in your 1 room apartment. I have a degree in personal training and I know what im talking about. google what my last reply was and you will find that out. your just being irresponsible by telling people creatine is bad. thats how I know that you are an amateur
@pixelsafoison yes creatine takes on water and aids you in gaining strength. your an idiot. when you supplement creatine you increase your ATP levels so when you enter an anarobic excercise you can push farther because you have more creating in the muscles. therefore it helps build muscle
@Newton240sx creatin only gives to your muscle the APPEARANCE of more developped muscles (the “baloon” effect), but they are not stronger in any way – creatin is NOT an energy source.
@pixelsafoison dude why not creatine? creatine is one of your body’s main energy sources for bodybuilding. and it is always in your body. and you can take 3 to 5 grams a day and you will never have to cycle off. your facts are off
Easiest thing without equipment are push ups on your fist (with towel or something under because they can hurt.) At the most half a foot apart. Works wonders on the inner chest. Especially mixed with incline pushups.
Some researches show that you build the same amount on upper chest by doing regular bench as in incline, and that the only difference is that by doing incline you loose much of the build you would get on the other parts of the chest…
And I’ve also heard that decline is even more effective than both regular and incline… feels right when lifting decline that the whole chest is working (more than when incline)
Awesome tips man – I decided to get in shape this summer. just got a kick ass free trial of muscle warfare. Has anyone heard of it? i got 2 weeks worth free and i feel alot stronger, my friends also said i look bigger! cant wait till week 4 – check it out bit.lyMuscle-Warfare-Trial the trial should still be on

I thought I wasnt going to learn anything by watching this and I almost didnt but Im glad I did. I learned that the incline I use is to high. Thanks.
