@neutral4 eat as is, the flavor really depends on the flavor of the protein powder you use. I use Big Blend Chocolatte by Betancourt Nutrition. This is a very tasty treat.
What do you do with the fluff? Do you eat it straight, or put it in something? Where does the flavor come from. It looks yummy, but it sounds a little gross (you know, raw egg whites).
@Jgulao I’m not sure if you missed his point, or didn’t understand. Fruit is not going to become mysteriously higher in calories by night. I regularly eat this before I sleep, it’s a solid addition to a well rounded bodybuilders diet.
@Jgualo answer this one question? are calories (or any of the 3 macronutrients) more fattening at night? do they magically gain more calories after the sun goes down?
Hey man, thanks for the video. But If you are having it at night time I wouldn’t recommend to add any fruits. Since they are pretty high in sugar(medium size banana = 105 calories,14 g of sugar = 56 calories from fast digesting carbohydrates) . besides that great job keep it up.

will Jay Robb’s Egg White Protein work for this fluff in place of casein?

What’s the difference between casein and whey protein? Is it better to cook with casein?
