what ive done instead of adding it in after i make the oatmeal/porridge, i put it in before, and every 20-30 seconds or so i stop, stir, and continue. it works, i still get some chunks of peanut butter, but i love it so i dont care lol
You can get it at most local nutritional stores such as GNC (more expensive to buy) or buy directly from the optimumnutrition website. This brand is rated number 1 for being the best tasting protein powder, I am just wimpy and have to chug my shakes down because I hate the taste. Hope this recipe masks some of the powders taste! Hope this helped.

@PlayaAlbi Yeah, a lot of people would have you believe that. But this only true if you’re consistently overeating.

Have you tried microwaving or melting it before adding?
how much is a cup of oatmeal an a half cup of milk (quantity) ? thank you
@soldierside365 just add a little bit of water in your jar of peanut butter and mix, works for me
