@TBCKREW822 Yea, I was just joking around…there wasn’t any heating done with this recipe. So I’m thinking what is really happening is that the ingredients actually get a chance to “soak” up the liquids and become more firm :-)

what ive done instead of adding it in after i make the oatmeal/porridge, i put it in before, and every 20-30 seconds or so i stop, stir, and continue. it works, i still get some chunks of peanut butter, but i love it so i dont care lol

You can get it at most local nutritional stores such as GNC (more expensive to buy) or buy directly from the optimumnutrition website. This brand is rated number 1 for being the best tasting protein powder, I am just wimpy and have to chug my shakes down because I hate the taste. Hope this recipe masks some of the powders taste! Hope this helped.

@soldierside365 just add a little bit of water in your jar of peanut butter and mix, works for me
